How to make BLW Sweet Potatoes for Thanksgivin?

Hello there.  My DD is 6 months this weekend and is getting more and more interested in food so my husband and I want to start offering her food at Thanksgiving since it is really the holiday ABOUT food.  I am making mashed sweet potatoes for the family and wanted ideas on how to make one for her.  Baked sweet potato fries?  Thanks!

    Dylan LOVES baked sweet potato fries with a bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top! Also green beans.

    I was going to ask about sweet potatoes too! When you bake them do you use a non-stick of some kind? I wasn't sure if regular PAM is ok?

    I just saw you were asking HOW to make them lol. My mom told me to skin the potato, cut into slices (finger width) then put some olive oil on a napkin and lightly rub onto the slices. Then you bake and about halfway through add some conman.

    FWIW, we BLW and my rule was: if it is a "puree" type food that normal people eat, then I give it to her.  I eat mashed potatoes, so I will give her mashed potatoes.  I don't eat pureed chicken with broccoli, so I don't give her that. :) 

    For some "normal" purees, like hummus, I would spread some on a piece of toast.
