Rec on ball pit

If you have a ball pit/jump house, which one do you have?  Any issues with it?

    You can just make a ball pit for basically like $15. You just need a 3 ring pool inflatable pool and a pack or two of balls from Walmart. I know that MRSLLG and Blair (Beth Anne) made theirs. I have an inflatable pool if you want to borrow it.

    Thanks dbert.  I can check into something like that too.  I guess I was thinking something that they can bounce in also -- does the inflatable pool have a cushioning bottom or just a flat sheet.

    Thanks for the offer -- it's actually for Claire's bday party which will be in MN this year so borrowing it probably won't work but thanks!

    The bottom of mine is cushy because it blows up, but I've never seen a bouncy house and a ball pit in one, but maybe that exists! Seriously, the pool is really easy to fold up and throw in a suitcase, it isn't huge! And actually that photo at the bottom of my siggy is from mrsLLG's son's party and the ball pit she did.

    ETA: I just looked up the bouncy ball pit thing, that is cool!! I never knew that existed!!

    We have THIS ONE from One Step Ahead. It's huge. It says for 2 kids, but 4-5 could easily jump at the same time. We have 2 packs of the soft plastic balls that the kids keep in there too.  It was great for the 1st 6 months, but then got 2 leaks pretty quickly. It's currently waiting on repair (via DH) again.  But my kids are super rough and tumble and might just be too much for it.  :-)

    Thanks gals.  I found one that I think will work for us.  My ILs can even pick it up at the store in MN so I don't have to pay shipping! (just have to ship it home later).

    Sounds good with me!  Hopefully it doesn't start leaking right away.  Whether I looked at the $20 pool ones or the $100 bounce house ones, they all had some people commenting on leaks at some point.  We decided to go with this one.
