Babies: 9 - 12 Months

how much cow's milk should my DD be drinking?

Earlier today and just now I mixed 2 oz of formula with 4 oz of cow's milk and she drank all of it.  Is there a limit as to how much cow's milk LO's at this age should have?

  • If I remember right from my pedi, they should still be getting 20-30 oz of dairy - so milk, cheese, yogurt - a day.

Thanks :)  I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be less cow's milk than formula or BM.  I have my DD's well visit next week and will ask then, but wanted to make sure I wasn't overdosing my DD on cow's milk Stick out tongue

  • My pedi says a max of 24oz of dairy - including yogurt, cheese, milk, etc. and a minimum of 12oz again of any kind of dairy.
