I was shopping one day and ran into Fergie...we talked about shoes and a few other things, my sister was there and didnt utter a word...haha....but I told her I tried to get tickets to her concert that was in town that night and it was sold out...she called her personal assistant over and told her to give her her VIP tickets, and she gave them to us VIP and front row!

Re: from 6-9..who is the most famous person you ever met?
That's crazy! Cool!
Mine is boring - met David Copperfield (the magician) when I was like 12. Hardly even worth mentioning LOL!
i met mandy moore before she was famous - i have her demo TAPE lol
we also met brian dennehy at disney world last year.
met the members of 30 seconds to mars a few times (Jared Leto)
I met Craig T. Nelson when I was really little.
From my previous jobs, most of mine are athletes/ coaches:
Tommy LaSorda
Tim Duncan
Jerome Bettis
Jim Caldwell
I met President George W. Bush at a work event when he was president. Despite the fact that I don't really like him much, it was pretty cool.

Hmm... well I went to school with some professional athletes does that count? James "Bubba" Stuart who is a professional motocrosser (is that a word?) tried hooking up with me in middle school and I kept shooting him down. Too bad I didn't know he would be famous one day. Haha I kid!
Probably the most famous person I've met was the drummer for Creed. His daughter was on my SIL cheerleading squad.
John Ritter (literally a week before he died)
, Andy ***, System of a Down, Eugene Levy and cast of American Pie, Forest Whitaker, and Nick Cannon. Various movie and music videos shoots I've been in the past 5-8yrs. I've prob met more, but those are on the top of my head
Just around town...I've run into Jay Leno and one time at Starbucks in West Hollywood, I ran into "Shifty" Binzer (former lead singer of Crazy Town).
Just musicians I like at signings: G Love, Tristan Prettyman, Citizen Cope.
DH's is more impressive: Michael Jackson. It was in the 80s at the height of his fame. His mother was really good friends w/ a local DJ who was hanging out with MJ. They stopped at DHs house for MJ to use the bathroom. DH was (and kind of still is) a huge fan. He said he was mute the whole time b/c he was in such awe. He also said MJ was super nice.
DD1 born 5/24/10.
Missed M/C at 14 wks Feb 2012.
DD2 born 5/14/13.
Missed M/C at 9 wks July 2015.
Mine isn't nearly exciting as everyone else's haha.
I met The Killers way back when they were going by a different name, and touring around my province with my dad's band.
The drummer gave me his boots. They were spray painted silver to look like dragons. I thought they were a lot cooler when I was 12.
ETA: Wow, I'm an idiot. I've got a better one. I've hung out with Gwen Stefani and Bif Naked multiple times. I kinda forgot, cause it wasn't so much that I 'met' them, they are more like family friends.
Katie Holmes & James Marsden. i was an extra on a movie set years ago.
i've never met Joshua Jackson, but my DH runs into him all the time. (he films Fringe in Vancouver)
I've met Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods (lol-no he was with his family, not a mistress), Naomi Campbell and the host of Survivor. I've waited on them at various restaurants that I've worked at over the years.
My DH has a HUGE list of celebrities that he's waited on/met. He works at a high end place here in Orlando and lots of people stay close by while here for various events/tapings/vacations with their family. He's waited on Ellen, Robin Williams, made a martini for Richard Gere (who was there with a moman young enough to be is granddaughter), Chris Rock, Cameron Diaz, Wanda Syke, Jack Nicholson, the list goes on. Mind you he's worked there for over 10 years so it's not like they've all been there in the last month.
Whenever he comes home with these stories I'm always so jealous. I wish that he could ask for autographs.
Edit: How could I forget Justin Verlander!!!?? I am originally from Windsor Ontario right across from Detroit and I played a round of golf with him here in Orlando during spring training. Totally randomly paired with him and a buddy to make a foursome at Orange County National. He flirted with me despite my being there with DH. lol He is super cute. And his drive off the tee was amazing. It showed that he had a great arm.

Many years ago, I met some Buffalo Bills players, but otherwise I've never met anyone famous! I saw Marisa Tomei in NYC once coming out of a restaurant... I came pretty close to meeting Tom Brady a few years back.
Oh wait - Kirk Cameron's wife Chelsea Noble (really Nancy Mueller) went to my high school but graduated before I entered 9th grade. She came back for a visit once (my hometown is where her and Kirk got married) and came to the high school - I met her briefly but mostly she hung out with the cheerleaders.
I'm so lame.
I used to see Garth Brooks a lot before he moved to Oklahoma with the twinkie-ho. My younger brother went to school with his goddaughter, and the family lived in the house behind ours. This was in the mid-80s, at the height of his popularity. The first time I actually talked to him, we were both in line at Kmart of all places. He was wearing sweats, a t-shirt, and a ball cap, and was buying oil change supplies for his truck.
There are so many celebrities that live here now, it's pretty much expected that you're going to run into someone, especially country singers.
Franco Columbu. He's SO's uncle. I didn't know who he was before meeting SO so if you don't know who he is, don't feel bad. LOL! Your Hs might know who he is though.
SO is at Franco's house in L.A. right now & on Halloween he ran into Jim Belushi, Harrison Ford, Calista Flockhart & Stevie Nicks. He will more than likely be hanging out with Arnold Schwarzenegger, too, since he & Franco are BFFs.
I've met a few, but my BFF is Champ Baileys girl (Denver Broncos). Its funny, we went to a Nuggests game, and DH and I sat in the normal stands and Champ and Jess were courtside, and DH was like, "our kid and their kid and hanging out together right now!" We use the same babysitter-my parents.
I've met lots of Broncos, KMart from the Nuggets, and Steven Tyler a few times
Dave Matthews. One of my best friends in college worked at a popular restaurant/club outside the arena in my hometown. The band's promotions guy came in and gave my friend free tickets and backstage passes. This was when DMB was really popular, so although I wasn't a huge fan, it still was fun to go. We went backstage and met Dave and the saxophone guy (I forget his name). Dave seemed nice enough. My friend kept in touch with the promotions guy and he gave us more tickets to a concert in Chicago, so we drove down there, went to the concert, went to the band afterparty at a bar, and then went to the Ritz and hung out with the promotions guy and some other production guys. No, we didn't sleep with them.:) They were all really nice and it was a ton of fun!
This is quite a variety LOL!

Jessica Simpson, Nick Lachey, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, Jermaine Dupri, Michael Jordan, Scotty Pippin, Prince, Kid (from Kid N Play), Muhammed Ali, Eddie Izzard, Lance Bass, Melissa Joan Hart, Jerry O'Connell... that's all I can remember off the top of my head. I used to have good friends at the clubs during the Kentucky Derby I always got into VIP sections and got free drinks and to hang out with the celebs. I hate it but Janet Jackson and Jermaine Dupri were incredibly rude and acted all pissed that they were in the same VIP section as the other celebs.
Rachel McAdams is from my hometown. I saw her a few times this summer at the farmer's market. Her parents bought flowers from me often. (I sell cut flowers)
For the Canadians I met Rick Mercer at Tim Horton's
I met Nicole Kidman in a bathroom at Cesar's Palace in Las Vegas. I also met Samantha Ronson (Lindsay Lohan's ex gf) while in Vegas. I met Shane West at Busch Gardens in Florida. I guess I am always in the right place at the right time!
In college, I used to work for our football team so I met a lot of players who now play for the NFL and some NFL coaches.
I love Audrey Hepburn!
I've met no one! Before Nickleback was famous, they wanted to record in my Dad's studio but it wasn't set up at the time, so missed out on that one! Oh well.
I lived next door to "celebrity chef" (yeah right) Katie Lee Joel in college. We were both journalism majors so we had a lot of classes together too. I remember when she met Billy Joel over our fall break and her telling me all about meeting him. What she didn't tell me was that she ended up dating him! Gross. We all found out about that after graduation.
I also ran into Sharon Osbourne once in Chicago. She is sooo tiny and cute.
I grew up in the same town as John Grisham. I used to babysit his kids.
I also worked backstage at a charity event for Hurricane Katrina victims and met Faith Hill, Macy Gray, Sela Ward, the women from "Designing Women" and a bunch of soap stars.
