2. Anything you want to tell us about your DW/SO/DP/DH? My DW is my rock and the absolute love of my life! Aside from our shared values/dreams for our future, she is my complete opposite in almost every way!
3. Do you already have children (if so, names/ages)? TTC (if so, cycle #, method, etc) I'm carrying our first child, a boy, who should arrive in about 3 weeks!
4. If you already have children and don't mind sharing with others, what was your route to pregnancy? We worked with an RE and I got pregnant on our fourth month of iuis.
5. Occupation? Deputy Director of a non-profit
6. Favorite Food? Italian food
7. Have any bad habbits? I proud to say that I kicked all my really bad habits for good just before getting pregnant (drinking too much vino and smoking, yuck!)
8. Favorite Hobby/Past time? Cooking, entertaining, going to thrift stores, used book stores, etc.
9. How do you like your coffee or tea? At home, I drink my coffee with 1 tsp of sugar and some milk (never skim!). Out, I love lattes.
10. Do you have a blog you'd like to share with us? Not yet, but I promised myself I'd get one going to document the first year of the baby's life. Soon!
2. Anything you want to tell us about your DW/SO/DP/DH? K is a professor and currently working as a civilian contractor with the US military. She puts up with my ability to cry over anything and I put up with her constant need to remodel/redo the house ;-p
3. Do you already have children (if so, names/ages)? One daughter, I call her Jelly Bean here. She is just about 7 months old.
4. If you already have children and don't mind sharing with others, what was your route to pregnancy? No known fertility issues, went to an RE, took clomid, used a trigger, and went with donor sperm from a bank. IUI #2 was a c/p, IUI #3 is Jelly Bean.
5. Occupation? Non-profit Development (aka - event planner & fundraiser)
6. Favorite Food? mac & cheese and avocados (yes, I will eat them together)
7. Have any bad habbits? procrastination
8. Favorite Hobby/Past time? All my time is Jelly Bean time lately.
9. How do you like your coffee or tea? I've been going decaf or halfcaf since I was pregnant so now my normal is a decaf vanilla latte.
10. Do you have a blog you'd like to share with us? I have one that I never update. I keep telling myself I'm going to but it doens't seem to happen. If I ever do start posting regularly I'll share the address.

3. Do you already have children (if so, names/ages)? TTC (if so, cycle #, method, etc) Gwen, 9 months on the 16th.
4. If you already have children and don't mind sharing with others, what was your route to pregnancy? I'm bi, but married to a man and we were blessed to not have any fertility issues, so we were able to get pregnant quickly by simply watching for signs of my ovulation and having well-timed sex.
5. Occupation? A program coordinator and assistant editor.
6. Favorite Food? Sushi. Pasta with a creamy sauce.
7. Have any bad habbits? A million, I'm sure! Two off the top of my head: I'm messy, not a good housekeeper at all... and I crack my knuckles.
8. Favorite Hobby/Past time? Gwen! :-) She takes up most of my free time. But I love to take her for walks/hikes, I also love to camp (though we haven't been in a while... we're planning to take her next year), and when Gwen is sleeping I love to read. I also really enjoy cooking.
9. How do you like your coffee or tea? I'm not a coffee person at all. I love peppermint hot chocolate, and herbal teas. Mostly I stick to decaf stuff... I've never been able to tolerate caffeine well.

2. Anything you want to tell us about your DW/SO/DP/DH? Ann is 23 and we have been together for 5 years (married 4 the 25th of this month). She is the one person that keeps me not so serious.
3. Do you already have children (if so, names/ages)? TTC (if so, cycle #, method, etc) Kylie will be 4 months on the 21st!
4. If you already have children and don't mind sharing with others, what was your route to pregnancy? We did in home insemination with a known donor. It took a while since I have PCOS but we were able to get pregnant on the last in home cycle...
5. Occupation? I work in collections for a mortgage company....no one hate me please. lol
6. Favorite Food? That is a HARD question. We love to try all kinds of different foods!
7. Have any bad habbits? Procrastination, and I am a little OCD so I get upset when things are not my way which can cause some major issues.
8. Favorite Hobby/Past time? Reading, sewing, watching creepy movies with my mom
9. How do you like your coffee or tea? I love frappucinnos for coffee, tea if it is plain black I like honey and lemon if it is flavored or herbal I usually drink as is.
10. Do you have a blog you'd like to share with us? Nope, I blogged in college but stopped once I entered my senior year since I was way too busy with student teaching and I never took it back up.

2. Anything you want to tell us about your DW/SO/DP/DH?DW got married in April of '08 we met in June of '06 on match. We had our dd Ella July of '09. DW is curently in gradschool we live outside of boston. DW is very organized and I am a complete mess. She calls me Lucy from I love Lucy!
3. Do you already have children (if so, names/ages)? TTC (if so, cycle #, method, etc)We have one daughter Ella who is 16 months old.
4. If you already have children and don't mind sharing with others, what was your route to pregnancy?Ella was concieved by donor sperm on our 3rd unmedicated IUI. We had an uneventful pregnancy until 30w 2 d when I developed severe pre-eclampsia and hellp syndrome. Ella was born at 30w4d and weighed 2lb 5 oz. She was in the hospital for 69 days. She is now a very active toddler who weighs 21lbs. She has some developmental delays but is doing very well and was discharged from early intervention this fall.

2. Anything you want to tell us about your DW/SO/DP/DH? I married my highschool sweetheart. I feel incredibly blessed to have had Andrea by my side all these years. Easy going, warm, loving and loyal - there is absolutely no doubt that she's my better half!
3. Do you already have children (if so, names/ages)? TTC (if so, cycle #, method, etc) We have 2 amazing foster children. Rosebud just turned a year and Sprout is 4. We've also been TTCing for a year and a half - we've done ICIs, IUIs, and IVFs along with just about every fertility drug in the book...one of these times its gonna work!
4. If you already have children and don't mind sharing with others, what was your route to pregnancy? Fostering. Without a doubt the best thing we've ever done.

2. Anything you want to tell us about your DW/SO/DP/DH? L and I have been together for 10.5y and married (well, not legally) for almost 8y. We couldn't be more different if we tried, but somehow it works!
3. Do you already have children (if so, names/ages)? TTC (if so, cycle #, method, etc) We have 4.5y old twin boys (Grayson and Carter.)
4. If you already have children and don't mind sharing with others, what was your route to pregnancy? I carried the boys after 9 attempts with donor sperm (2 ICIs, 2 non medicated IUIs, 3 IUIs with Clomis and trigger, and 2 IUIs with Clomid, Follistim, and a trigger.) It took us 19m since we had to take cycles off for testing, finances,emotional, etc.
5. Occupation? Medical Social Worker
6. Favorite Food? Most anything! A good burger, fries, ice cream.
7. Have any bad habits? Biting my nails, eating everything I shouldn't, not excersing.

There were some busts in the beginning to get enuogh meds in C to grow a follicle, then an early m/c (blighted ovum) and a chemical pregnancy. so we're 0-4, with 2 largers duds.

we're trying for #2, in the TWW of cycle #1, I'm starting off unmedicated IUI with the same unknown donor.
4. If you already have children and don't mind sharing with others, what was your route to pregnancy? my wife carried, it took 6 cycles, all medicated (clomid and trigger then tamoxifen and trigger). she was induced past her due date and ended up having an emergency c-section.
5. Occupation? I'm admistrative support staff.
6. Favorite Food? right now I'm really craving the Japanese steakhouse hear my house so I'll have to say that.
7. Have any bad habbits? sure...procrastination, I suck at cleaning, I'm a perfectionist.

9. How do you like your coffee or tea? coffee I prefer with a bit of cream and maybe sugar/sweetener. tea I like black most of the time, but once in a while I like a little cream and sugar in it.

My name is Amy, and I'm 34 (*just had a birthday... I know, shameless).
2. Anything you want to tell us about your DW/SO/DP/DH?
Kim is 27 (birthday in two weeks). She is a full-time college student, majoring in Biological Anthropology. Another thing to know about Kim is that she is deaf, and considers herself a part of the Deaf community. This means she has a hearing loss and she uses American Sign Language as her primary mode of communication. ASL is the language of our home.
3. Do you already have children (if so, names/ages)? TTC (if so, cycle #, method, etc)
We are TTC in IUI cycle #1. Due to my PCOS, we are medicated (clomid), doing mid-cycle sonos, and a trigger. We are 11dpiui and waiting until Friday to test. Yes, we are about to go nuts!
Kim's not interested in carrying, but can't wait to be a momma--and she will be awesome!
4. If you already have children and don't mind sharing with others, what was your route to pregnancy?
5. Occupation?
I am a sign language interpreter and also a full-time student. I'm graduating in 5 weeks with my BA (woot!), and considering grad. school. Ofc, if we conceive before next August, I'll GLADLY put that MA on the back burner!
6. Favorite Food?
It would probably be faster for me to list foods I don't like. Right now, it's all about soups and stews, since winter's coming.
7. Have any bad habbits?
I gave up smoking in April, when we got serious about considering trying to expand our family (I've smoked a few a day off and on for a few years).
I don't sleep as much as I should (*who does?!). K says when we get that BFP, her number one job willbe to help me re-lax.
8. Favorite Hobby/Past time?
I like to knit. Currently, I'm making us hats. Also, I enjoy reading (lots of books on Lesbian Pregnancy around our house right now!), languages, movies, hanging out with friends, and going to Deaf social or sporting functions.
9. How do you like your coffee or tea?
I take my coffee w/ soy milk. For tea, I like Upton's English Breakfast.

Were you a sign language interpreter before you met Kim? Or did you learn ASL because of Kim? How long did it take you to learn ASL fluently, and where did you learn it?
I've always been very interested in learning ASL, so this caught my eye. Thanks!

I call her B (well, everyone does lol) we were best friends for over a year while I was married to XH, shortly before I found I was pregnant, I got divorced and we found some very mutual feelings for each other that were not of the "friendship" type lol I guess what a lot of people don't know about us is that we were both straight basically, until we found each other.
3. Do you already have children (if so, names/ages)? TTC (if so, cycle #, method, etc) We have an almost 6 month old daughter that I had with my XH. We call her Sugar, Sug or Suggie.
4. If you already have children and don't mind sharing with others, what was your route to pregnancy? Old fashioned way with my H. If B and I decide to have another (which we want to in the future) I'll definitely be coming to you ladies for advice because I have no idea how to go about it!
5. Occupation? Right now I'm a SAHM and full-time student. B is a teacher.
6. Favorite Food? Mexican- anything that is spicy! And barbacoa at Chipotle! YUM!

I know this post was from several days ago, but now that I've returned to earth from all kinds of crazy wedding festivities (we had a beautiful ceremony and reception for family and friends in Minnesota and a legal wedding in Massachusetts) I am ready to officially declare us to be pre-conception planning... Just don't tell my wife.

2. Anything you want to tell us about your DW/SO/DP/DH? She's my wife! Her name is Becky, she works in higher ed administration.
3. Do you already have children (if so, names/ages)? TTC (if so, cycle #, method, etc) None yet, just two furry kitties. We hope to TTC sometime next year, using IUI and an anonymous donor from a sperm bank.
5. Occupation? Social Worker. I work with families to try to prevent foster care placement.
6. Favorite Food? Pretty much any combination of cheese and starchiness (macaroni and cheese, pizza, etc. etc.)

2. Anything you want to tell us about your DW/SO/DP/DH? My wife's name is Kerri. We had a huge, super traditional wedding in Provincetown, during women's week, 1.5 years ago. I knew after our first date she was the one - without question. My heart smiles every time she looks at me.
3. Do you already have children (if so, names/ages)? TTC (if so, cycle #, method, etc) We are TTC. Kerri tried first 3 unmedicated ICI's then 7 unmedicated IUI's. She decided to take a break before going the medicated route. I have had 3 non-medicated IUI's and 1 medicated. I go in for my 5th IUI around Christmas.
