Pantry surprise is in order... and I can actually start cooking again for a little bit...

whole wheat noodles and pasta sauce with extra veggies. Don't know if baby will let me eat meat yet! What are ya'll making?

I'm not sure. Someone posted a recipe for tuna noodle casserole yesterday and its all I've been thinking of all day. Well, except for when I woke up from a nap thinking about bagel bites. haha!

DH is going to bbq some steaks and I am going to saute some red bell peppers and onion and make some sort of potato dish.

DH made grilled lamb loin chops, roasted butternut squash, and mixed green salad with balsamic- it was so YUM.

And I had some choco covered almonds for dessert!

We had some stuffed shells... and I swear, I was ready to eat by 3:30... tried to blame it on DST, but DH didn't buy it... oh well! Embarrassed
