Back pain keeping anyone else up?

What are you doing to help alleviate your back pain?  I've tried taking a bath and even sleeping propped up to no avail.  Pillow between my knees does no good for my back pain either.  My husband rubs my back which feels amazing, but I still hurt the moment that I lay down! Help please!

    Ive been having back cramps and some contractions so sleep is few and far between

    Last night I put a hot pack on my lower back before going to bed and that felt really good, helped me to fall asleep

    Chiropractor. Seriously. I never went until I got pg this time, and it has been phenomenal!

    I took tylenol PM on Wed. night and that really helped.  And surprisingly, I haven't had a back ache in the past 3 nights.  I'm sure they will be back any day now, though.

    Stretches.  I do Lindsay Brinn's Moms into fitness DVD, they each a yoga section.  I sleep significantly better the days I do the yoga, it really helps with the pain and circulation.   I'm also going to start seeing my chiropractor again next week.

    My back doesn't hurt when I am sleeping, but it kills when I am up walking around!  Tylenol helps a bit.

    Regular pillows don't help for my back pain, I had to buy a full body pillow so I can curl around it. I still have a little back pain but not nearly as bad as I was without the body pillow!  I know a lot of people swear by those expensive preggo pillows but I cant bring myself to spend $60 on it and they are so big!
