Who has the "big ultrasound" scheduled yet?

We just made our appointment for Dec 20th at 10am!!!  Glad its early in the morning & Right before Christmas.  I will be 17.5 wks along.  Anyone else have their appt set?

    I'll schedule mine after my next appointment on 11/23. I'll be 20wks the week of Christmas. Hopefully we'll get to have that U/S before we leave for the holidays.

    Cameron Jacob (CJ) came early @ 25w4d on November 16, 2012 due to placenta abruption and incompetent cervix . Weighing 1lb 15.5oz, 14 inches long.

    I am hoping I can get mine before Christmas too! Can your regular OBGYN do this, or do you have to go to another office like the NT Scan?

    I have to have an u/s every 2 weeks, so I don't know which one will end up being the big one.  Maybe 16 weeks?  18 weeks?

    With DS, if we wanted to find out the gender, they preferred for us to wait until 24 weeks.  Otherwise, the ultrasound was at 20 weeks.  I'm sure they'll have the same time frame this time around too.

    I asked at my last appointment on Wednesday and they said I can schedule it on my next appt (December 1st) and that it should be no problem having it done before Christmas! So excited, best Christmas present ever.

    our Big U/S is December 13th at 3:30!! I will be 19 weeks exactly!

    I am going have the sono tech put it in an evelope and DH and will take it to dinner with us. But we will open it that night, I just won't be able to wait!!

    Also I want to put it in our Christmas cards!

    Well it works a little differently here so I don't have a big one to schedule. I have 3 appointments between now and when I leave to the US for the holidays. November 13th, November 30th and December 17th. Hopefully they can see something at one of those appointments!

    I should schedule mine at my next appt on the 15th.  They do it at 19-20 weeks which is somewhere between 17-30th of Dec.  I am going to push to get it done before Christmas so I can share the sex with all our extended family when we see them at Christmas.

    Ours is Dec 21st - I'll be 19w6d.  We could have scheduled for the week before but DH has to travel for business and I really wanted him at the appointment - I think it's worth the wait!

    Wow.  Reading all of these posts is making me second guess if I can hold out with Team Green.  I know its just going to get more difficult come December when everyone starts posting their its a... posts. 

    Its my hubby that convinced me to wait.  I just hope I can hold out!!  Maybe the u/s tech will goof and say it, and then it won't be my fault!Stick out tongue


    His three plus my one; we are all excited to welcome a little one!

    We just made our appointment last night after our NT scan! Unfortunately we won't have it for Christmas but we will have it for New Years Eve!! We are going Dec 30 at 4:30! Can't wait!

     That is adorable! Our OB office originally tried to schedule our ultra sound on Christmas Eve but I opted for a couple days after so out appt is scheduled for 12/27. So freakin' excited!!! We'll be 20 week then.

    December 28th!  We aren't finding out the gender, so it wasn't a big deal to wait after the holidays for us.  It'll be a good anniversary present though, b/c that's the following day.  ;)

    We have our anatomy scan scheduled for Dec 15th.  I am planning on flying home on the 18th to visit my parents before Christmas, so I will be able to tell them in person.

    Will they be able to see for sure by then?  I'm just about as far along as you and I'm going to see my family OOT for Xmas.  I would love to surprise them and announce the gender.  I didn't think I'd be able to find out until a week or 2 later.
