I think most people will tell you that it's OK in moderation. My doctor said to try to stay away so I'm not having any.

I eat tuna once or twice a week. I have the exact amounts my doc said to eat at home, but don't know it off the top of my head. It ends up being about twice a week.
I ate one of those Tuna kit things yesterday with crackers. I think its just albacore (yuck!) you have to stay away from, and other tuna is okay in moderation.
I just finished my lunch and that was one of the best damn tuna sandwiches ever! Probably because I only get to eat it ever so often. DH is going to shake his head at me later when he asks what I had for lunch.

I'm not eating tuna, but that's becuase I tried it once a few weeks ago and it made me want to vom
.
My dr didn't say anything bad about eating it in moderation though.
Mmmm...cake!
That's it. I'm having Subway tuna for lunch.
I ate it once.
I'm sort of a believer that anything in (serious) moderation is probably fine.
So here I was, all excited about a tuna sub from Subway... and my husband's car would not start. Mine is in the shop for new transmission.
So much for that!
I really did go. Eating my tuna sub right now. Go..get one...make one...whatever you must. It's delicious!
