I don't ask for these often but my Nana is not doing well and they just took her to Hospice this evening. Shes been deteriorating for quite some time now so we knew it was coming.  She and I have been very close my entire life, to the point where we talked every single day for the past few years. Our baby was giving her something to live for and now I feel like shes just letting go. Please send some t&p's our way and wish for my Nana to exit with no pain if its her time. Thank you.

    I'm so sorry to hear about your Nana. My mom seemed to "let go" a little while before she passed. Hospice was amazing and the right choice for us. I hope it is for your Nana too. They really prioritize pain control and quality of life, which is so important. T&Ps headed to you and your family. I'm sure it's hard for you to be facing another loss. ((HUGS))
