When did you discuss this? I always feel like when I'm there, they try to rush you along. I'm thinking about bringing it up at my next appt. When did you (if you did) discuss it with your dr.'s?
Mine was open to the idea. DH and I brought it up at my appt. last week (at 33.5 weeks). He said to just keep flexibility in mind, but that it would be helpful to him too.
I actually just talked to my OB about this on Monday and my c-section was a week from Monday. I came in with it typed up and handed to him before he even examined me. He looked at it and made a few comments and then proceeded with my appointment. Good luck!!

i plan on discussing it at my next appt. my MW is the one who asked me to bring it in.
Mom to 2 beautiful girls, 3 yrs and 22 months old. My 2nd was born at 32 weeks due to Rhogam failure/severe complications from Rh disease and is our miracle. She has bilateral auditory neuropathy and a cochlear implant, activated 4/5/2012 at 19 months.
I brought mine to my 34 week appointment and told that if she wanted to read it and discuss it at the next appointment that would be fine. She surprised us and wanted to talk about it right then. My friend's doctor preferred to read it over and call them later that day to discuss it. Every doctor is different I suppose. GL!!

As I've come up with thoughts or opinions on things, I've talked to my doc bit by bit. She's pretty against having a detailed plan "written up" for the nurses to follow, since they'll ignore anything real involved.
34 or 36 she said she would tell me the appt before so I would remember to bring it. I am already going every week though for some health problems so Im not sure what week it will be.
I don't really have one...there was only one thing I wanted noted. DH's bosses wife works on c-section teams at our hospital. If we need one I want her on the team. Dr marked it in my chart at my very first visit.
I'm going to take mine into my next appt now that its done. My doctor has already brought up some of the points that I cover on mine, herself so I figure thats a good sign.
