Have you noticed it feeling a bit tense here lately? Maybe not tense but definitely somber.

    No, but after the drama last week with the ridiculous AE's bashing myself and others I haven't been on here much.  How do you mean "tense"?  Like the usual bullies with sticks up their as$es tense or different?

    A lot of finger pointing and weirdness went on last week. It's bound to be a little tense I think. It sucks though.

    I'm no longer a regular on this board, but I agree, it's not the same over here.  That's mostly why I don't post anymore, and because I don't really have questions to ask?

    ETA:  I also feel like I have to watch what I post cuz it may come back and be thrown in my face.   

    Me: 30, DOR with a FSH of 12.5
    DH: 31, no issues
    4-6/2012 100mg of Clomid + trigger + IUI/TI = BFN
    7/2012 150mg of Gonal-f + trigger + IUI = BFN
    8/2012 Surprise unmedicated BFP!! Due May 8, 2013

    Not somber, but a bit tense.

    I think it might have to do with the fact that some regulars might be suspecting another regular of being a rather cruel AE.

    I am not always a regular poster, but this is the impression I have gotten from when I am around these parts.

    I agree.  Believe it or not, I'm kind of starting to lose interest in the board.  Now I just need to find a hobby for when DS ignores me. haha

    It is always like that after someone (AE or otherwise) crosses a line. I think this one hits close to home because she(?) seems like a regular so we all are side-eyeing each other.

    It's becoming a who can you trust thing, for sure. Plus it's been sort of boring barring the AE drama which is just tiresome.

    It just feels "weird" here lately....I try not to get into the drama and I will stay away for the most part when AEs take over.

    I don't care at all what's going on with the AEs so I've avoided all of those posts...which doesn't really leave too many other posts lately! I've stuck mostly to the Names board the past week or so.

    I agree with the whole "side eying" everyone because of suspicions regarding the AE's. It sucks balls. I've been lurking hardcore on other boards to pass the time. And online shopping :-).

    I haven't been around too much lately, but I have definitely noticed kind of a weird vibe on this board. Also, I think with all of the AE's that have been around, everyone seems to clam up a bit. I mean I know that try not to say too much because I don't want it thrown back in my face down the road or having some crazycakes AE finding out where I live or something like that, KWIM?

    I agree. After this last AE debacle, I've decided I should probably go back to staying out of/not caring about drama.

    I haven't felt it too much but I happened to be out most of the day that a lot of the AE drama happened so I missed a lot of it.

    It has felt a little tense lately. Too many callouts and people accusing each other then getting mad over accusations that we asked for. IDK... I miss how it was. Maybe an LOL cat is in order.

    I'm late, but yes. I agree.

    I haven't been around much at ALL - partly because I don't feel I have much to ask or add, but also because there seems to be a weird vibe. "Tense" is a good way to describe it.

    I know what you mean. I was pretty much away all summer, and now that I have returned, it feels a lot less "light-hearted".

    I feel like some sort of drama creeps up about every 6 weeks or so. This too shall pass. Lately, I think there are some ruthless folks on Memo that make their way over here to pounce on the weak and people who over-share. Don't get me wrong there are some nice people on Memo too but some folks over there don't give people an inch.

    I sorta feel like a regular and I have chosen to just ignore all the AE stuff. I have no clue who any of them are. I can't remember information about everyone like some can. I really like the posts about toddlers. Crazy, right? :)

    I've strayed a great deal away from this board.  Some of it has to do with the ridiculousness of AEs and some of it has to do with I feel I don't have as much to add anymore.  I mostly lurk here now and will occasionally answer a question, like I am doing now.

    But yes, I also have noticed it growing more tense since a particular AE has been brought into the mix.  It mostly scares me how much people remember about others on a message board.  It won't keep me from posting, but I have been very careful about what I choose to post.

    A bumpcation helps put things in perspective and does wonders for the soul (and my housework).

    There will always be AEs.  It's a cruel reminder to limit posting every detail of your life.  Not everyone behind the computer is sane.

    I think some lines were seriously crossed recently, add to that the creepo stalker that has everyone pointing fingers, and then last weeks AE infestation and there is bound to be a little tension.

    I consider myself a regular but a regular lurker not a regular poster as I was when I joined in the tri-boards

    but not because I don't have questions to ask or anything to add, but because it's kinda pointless because a toddler-drama free post barely gets views and responses

    so no, I don't think this board is tense now...it's just weird and drama hungry all the time
