Thinking about quitting...

I started 30 day Shred 15 days ago and skipped last night because I was just so wiped out from a busy week.  I like working out, but it's starting to kick my butt.  I think I look pretty good, I'm down to about 136 lbs (my goal weight is 130), I'm just not very toned, and I'm BFing so my body is holding on to a little extra weight.  I'm thinking of quitting 30DS.  I'm so tired of it already and I'd rather focus on other things than a strict workout routine right now and maybe get back into it after the holdiays.  Any advice?

 

BTW, I did Zumba before DD was born and LOVED it...I just don't have a gym membership anymore :(

    I find that if I don't put a strict routine in my plate and workout when I can, it helps me better. Maybe just work out the days that you can.
