Terrible twos? Meh. Threes?

Is there even an accurate degree-word to describe this phase? Her twos were a breeze. But this new phase?? Holy crap. The sass- "I don't think so ask somebody else." WTH? Or "I don't want to." WTH? 3 days ago you ask her to do something and it was "I'm happy to, Mama," with a kiss to boot! The first few times it was cute and I applauded her communication. LOL. When I was pregnant I was told having children would bring to God. They were right- but not the miracle- the prayers to grant my patience and grace.

How were your twos? Then your threes?

Our terrible twos were somewhat bad with the temper trantrums, but the threes are going to drive me crazy. The talking back and pushing the boundaries to see what she can get away with is going to drive me crazy...she was especially in rare form this weekend. Should be a fun time.....

The terrible twos are kicking it hardcore in my house. and it suuuuuuuuuuucks.

Which makes me fear the threes because my sister keeps saying how much worse that is. Tongue Tied

I hope mine is getting it out of his system during the 2s because I'd be really sad if it gets worse. We're dealing with tantrums, hitting and "NO!"

I do know a few kids who tricked their parents into thinking they missed the sassy stage by being mellow during the twos and flipped like a switch at 3.

Jude is still 2 (3 in February) but so far, it's been a breeze... until about 2 weeks ago... he's been Judey Attitudey! Telling me no, go away, I don't want to , etc, etc... whaaaaaat? It's been a shocker because he's sooo good and always does what I ask and now he has this bit of sass! I'm scared of 3! LOL
