Full. I hate hate hate demi panels. Not just because they are uncomfortable for me, but I hate that you can see the panel line through shirts right across my belly. It's like a panty-line on my stomach. lol
Full. My stomach is so tender right now I can't stand anything pressing into it. Even PJ pants are rolled down to avoid cutting across my lower stomach.
I thought demi would be great for when I first started showing, but I should've believed every post I read about full panels being WAY more comfortable. I bought one demi and one full from Gap and I feel like I wasted money on the demi ones. They just don't compare.
Demi was good earlier, but full is more comfortable now.
Unless it is the full panel crap that goes all the way around and comes up under your boobs but is just flimsy material with zero support (yes Target pants, I am looking at you). Hate those with a passion- they are the absolute worst for sagging (because they don't include enough material to actually cover your ass if you have one and they sit weird at all times). And nothing says fun like hiking up your pants and having to adjust all the way up to your bra in public. Klassy.
i had to do this at the grocery store a couple days ago....i'm still trying to find the right pant i guess, i think i'm going to look at jcpenny this week

Lmao, I'm there with ya. I'm still wearing a BeBand over my full panel pants because they're still a little big, but they are starting to fit better. I still prefer the fit of my band and it feels more supportive than any of the panels I've tried. I have 2 pairs of the low rise jeans from Old Navy and I HAVE to wear my band with those, otherwise they slide down my ass...I hardly wear them anymore.
ETA: I meant to write that I prefer my full panel jeans, I just have to wear the band with them

I HATE full panel - even when I was full term last time. I just feels like something cutting across my belly which I can't stand. The full panel pants I have, I wear rolled down.
So demi gets my vote ;-)
LOL - after reading the other responses I seem to be in a minority ;-) Maybe it's because I'm tall?? Full panel pants hit me mid-belly whereas demi panels just sit below my belly and don't cut in - or maybe I'm just weird!
Full. I have a couple pairs of demi that are OK, but sometimes they do hit me at an uncomfortable spot below my belly. Full is always so comfortable, and as a cold-natured person, I don't mind having a little more material to help keep me warm!
See, I think it totally depends on how well the pant fits. I have a pair with a demi panel on today and they fit so awesome. I don't have to hike them up or adjust them. But I also have some demi panel pants that are just a touch too big and they fall down all.day.long.
I do like my full panel pants. They're extremely comfortable. But they can be big in the actual pants part, so I find myself pulling them up quite a bit. (And a size down would be way too small, so that wouldn't solve the problem for me.)
Try to find a store that carries maternity clothes and try them both on to decide for yourself which you prefer.
I did demi until 20 weeks with this pregnancy. Full panel all the way here!
This. I'll be 20 weeks tomorow and the demi-panel jeans I have on right now are really cutting into my stomach! I preferred them in the beginning, because the full-panel ones wouldn't stay up. I think the demi's are being retired today!

I prefer full-panel, hands down.

I have a few pairs of GAP pants that are back panel. I LOVVEE them!!
Between my demi and full, I like the full.
I prefer demi in the beginning (weeks 14/15 weeks through 30) and then full in the end.
