NBR - recommend your hand cream

With the weather change and all the hand washing/sanitizer that comes with having a baby, my hands are chapped and cracking.  Lotion doesn't seem to be doing the trick. What's your favorite hand cream?

    Neutrogena Hand Cream (unscented). I've used it since I was a teenager, it's not expensive and works great.

    I like Burt's Bees hand cream with shea butter.  Also inexpensive and works really well.

    I really like Aveeno - the intense relief hand cream is not greasy and it doesn't wash off every time you wash your hands.  back in the day when i used to work, all the girls in the office would steal it off my desk.  i bought everyone their own for christmas.  ha!

    L'Occitane Creme Mains-a bit pricey but a little goes a long way and a tube lasts forever
