anyone know if Halls Defense are okay?

in Pregnant after a Loss
they have zinc, vitamin c and echinacea in them.  The package says not to use while pg or bf'ing but don't most medicines say that, just so they can't be blamed for something?  I plan to call my doc but was wondering if anyone knows off hand.  I"m catching a cold and would like to know what if anything I can take to nip it in the bud before it gets much worse, and then also what cold meds are safe?  Right now I've got a bit of a sore throat and stuffy/runny nose.

    Most things say "if you're pregnant or nursing consult your Dr" if these says do not use while pregnant I wouldn't use them. Like you said give your Dr a call and see what they recommend. Feel better, getting a cold is no fun.

    My OB only ok'ed Luden's Cough Drops but Plain Robitussin is OK too and use a Nette Pot and cool mist humidifier.

    this! I also gargled with warm water and salt to ease my sore throat.

    multiple failed cycles, multiple IUIs, lap with ovarian drilling 4/2008
    Finally BFP on 11/23/09 beta#1=36 beta#2 =62 beta#3=139
    Liliana was born on March 27,2010 at 21w5d due to infection and pre-term labor
    BFP #2 on 6/20/10 after Gonal-F and TI First u/s showed Twins! 
    TTC#2 since 02/2012 with out RE... 
    Back to RE 08/2016----- Cycle #1 10/2016 Femara 7.5mg=???

    I would personally wait to take them until you've spoken w/ the OB.

    I actually ate 2 before I notice the package said not to take if pg. I called doc and they said their isn't enough studies done so they just say no. Hope the two I ate didn't cause any problems. Have 1st appt Wed. I will feel SO bad if somethings wrong. I didn't even think twice about eating it at first because it's just extra vitamins and echinacea.
