Holy CRAZY cycle vent...iui girls come in please!

So, this has been a completely ridiculous cycle...first I was not responding to the 75 iu gonal f, like no follicular action period for about a week. They bumped up to 100, then 150 iu with little response. Talk of possibly cancelling cycle ensued. Then I finally seemed to be responding (slowly) as that e2 creeped up, and LH went down. After 12 days of stims I finally had an ultrasound and there was one little 10mm follie. The next day it was 11mm, then 13, then today....12??? and surprise, another little 10 popped up! How did that first one get SMALLER? So I'm thinking, well at least there's two targets now...then I got my monitoring email this afternoon and it says my LH went from 13 yesterday to 30 today...wtf is that? They said "you have started your ovulation surge even though your follicles are still small". I didn't even know this was possible! I'm assuming when I go tomorrow they will cancel the iui, but does anyone have experience with this? An LH surge with no mature follicles/eggs? Is there any way I had a hiding mature follicle or is that even crazier? My e2 level today was 919 (Canadian measurement) which seems high for two follies that small....arrrrgh. I don't even know what to make of this crazy cycle :-S

For anyone who read all that, I just did the e2 conversion and it's actually only 250 in the American measurement....

I'm not completely sure of how all that works, but last month I was all of a sudden not really responding to Letrozole the way I did the previous times. I did have an 11mm follie at u/s 1. At u/s 2 the 11 was gone and nothing else worth counting, and then at u/s 3 I had already ovulated. So looks like when the 11 disappeared maybe it's because it was getting ready to ovulate? So in this case I guess I, too, ovulated without a nature follie. But I have no idea how that works! I'm sorry.

There is some error in those measurements so the 13 vs 12 could be the same one.  

My RE cancelled previous IUI for 12mm follicles.  FX yours will have increased in size by tomorrow!

I have no advice on that, but I just wanted to say that I am so sorry for your difficult stimming! I never heard of that happening, but it sounds really frustrating.

I've never heard of having an LH surge before follicles were mature either. Maybe that's what "weak ovulation" is? That term always confuses me some.
