Drinking and Temp Question

Hi Ladies,

This is my first month charting, I'm on CD 5. I drank friday night and my temp was pretty high on saturday morning. Should I mark drinking for friday or the day my temp was out of whack?

Also, how do I put a link in my siggy? Thanks and Happy Halloween!

Mark it for the day of the affected temperature, so Saturday.

I am assuming you want to link your chart/ticker?

To get your ticker in your siggy, you have to go to the left side bar in FF & click on Sharing. Click on Tickers. Go through the process of customizing a ticker. When you are done making your ticker there will be a code for you to copy & paste into your siggy. Smile

FF won't automatically give you an open circle when you mark drinking. If I drink the night before and my temp is unusually high, I usually discard it. I mark it the night I actually drink because it will affect the temp the next morning. I think you can just do whatever your preference is.

I think as long as you are consistent in your choice to mark it, you are good to go. Like actingdiva, I mark the day with the affected temp.

I drank last night and my had a huge temp spike this morning. I got an open circle because I took the temp 2 hours later than normal (there was no way I was getting up at 7:30am after the festivities last night Sleep

. I just wrote in the notes that I was drinking on Saturday night so I can remember why the spike happened.
