Indigestion/ heartburn this early in the pregnancy? Common? I don't remember!

Now I know all pregnancies are different and I do remember experiencing and read quite a bit about indigestion and heartburn in the third tri. as I did with my previous pregnancies. So, is it fairly as common to occur in the first tri too?

Anyone else have mad digestive issues where it feels like your stomach is flushing food, staying full (ugh!) and not absorbing it fast enough for most of the day? Then of course at night (like at 11:30pm), I get the intense hunger pangs and have to eat cereal so I'm not up all night feeling like I'm dying of starvation!

    One day I will be starving, the next I will be full (that's how today has been).

    I also feel like I am burping way more than normal!

    This is also #2 for me and I feel the EXACT same way as you. I get starving like at 11 at night! I've just been going to bed and trying to ignore it, my stomach is killing me most days no matter what I do or don't eat.

    ive had major indigestion pretty much since i peed on the stick. it hasnt gone away, i have tried zantac, nexium and prilosex and prilosec is the only thing that seems to work. but its not doing a great job, so i have to see a specialist :(

    I had the world's worst case of heatburn before I even knew I was pregnant! I felt like I was having a heart attack that's how bad it got! I don't know if it's "normal" but I have begun to understand it a little more! lol

    With my PG for my 2nd, I had horrible indegestion and heartburn from the get go! I had to sleep with tums fruit smoothies next to my bed! And I would get super hungry in the middle of the night! I didn't have any of that for my first PG, or this PG so far. I did have it really bad when I was PG last year before MC, and it was the whole 15 weeks.
