Can I get some non-specific job dust please? Maybe on Monday or Tuesday morning?

And while I'm finding time to post--can I get out a huge corporate rant? DH is sick. As in, fever of 101 and higher, no voice, ears hurt, sick. He doesn't "earn" a sick day until Nov. 1st. Not only did his boss not let him go home today with a fever, but she's making him come in tomorrow saying that if he takes off he will risk losing his job because he doesn't have any sick days yet. Insane. And while I'm at it, he asked for the day after Thanksgiving off and they said no. Seriously people, he has to go in to work the day after Thanksgiving?

So job dust please.......

I just don't get it. Why would they want sick people working?!? Who does that benefit??? I know, I'm preaching to the choir, but I just don't get it.

His boss seems to be big on the "you risk losing your job" threats -- I know this isn't the first time she's done it.
