No cry sleep solution?

Anyone know basically what this is about or can anyone point me to a good website? I don't want to have to search through a bunch of stories in order to find what it's all about. (of course if you've done this I would love to hear your story, just not a bunch of random nonbumpies) Thanks!

    DS was sleeping through the night solid at 4 weeks old. We didn't move him into his room until he was 6 months, and in anticipation of a struggle, I got the book The Sleepeasy Solution. Girl - let me tell you - it's WORTH the $13 or so bucks. Read it quickly through once, like the night before you want to start, and then slowly leading up to your baby's bedtime. It's SUPER effective.
