Hey ladies,

Im currently taking the Select OB +DHA chewable pill and while I have no problems taking the chewable, I am having problems swallowing the DHA gel pill. Im gonna ask my doctor if there are any solutions when I go in on Tuesday for my next appointment, but I was wondering if anyone had some good solutions that I could try out. Thanks in advance!

I know how you feel! I am having trouble swallowing mine too. My gag reflex is so over-active right now that just feeling the pills touch any part of my mouth or throat makes me gag

I don't know if this will help you or not, but sometimes if I am really having trouble I take it with something thicker than water -- like milk. That helps me sometimes. It feels like it gives it a little better coating or something.
