thanks need something to compare his results too, these sites are so confusing. His was 39 mil. motility 71% morh ONLY 3% Thanks for taking the time to help me out.
On the latest SA (after two months of clomid) his count as less than 1 million, motility 1 hr forward progress is 30% and motility for 4 hr forward progress is 0%. Morphology is low, our report says 50.. not sure if that is % or what, but it indicates that anything over 50 is good, so he is boarderline on that. These stats have improved greatly from his previous SA when all motility was 0% and the morphology was 40.

TTC #1 since Oct 2006 with severe MFI.
Summer/Fall 2011 - DH on clomid. Helped with morphology and motility, but count still under 1 million.
February 2011 - First RE appointment to discuss options.
March 2011 - We aren't sure what we are going to do right now. DH isn't sure about DS.

SAIF/PAIF Welcome
Lots of love and luck to my PAIF/3T/IF Veteran ladies, especially my dear friend Zookie. Congrats to Papps, Teach84 and Starbuck on their little ones.
Always 80MM count, borderline low to normal motility (48-70%), low morph (1-4%)

For our last cycle his count was 30 million , 7 million post wash, can't remember motility but it was in the normal range and his morh was 8%. That was his best sample to date.
After 3 years of infertility we were blessed with twin girls through private infant adoption.

Any sperm morphology over 3% is considered normal.
The normal fertile men?s sperm had the following results. Volume: The median (midway between the lowest and highest results) was 3.7 cc, but anything over 1.5 cc was considered normal Concentration: the median was 73 million but anything over 15 million was considered normal Motility: the median was 61%, anything over 40% being normal Morphology: the median was 15%, anything over 3% was deemed normal
he had his first SA last friday (10/22) and his 2nd one this morning(10/28). he had hopes, and was literally fighting back tears when we left with the results this morning, IF sooooo sucks!!

1st SA - Some sperm present, not enough to actually measure count, mot, or morph. Fructose negative.
2nd SA - 1.7 Million count, 6% motillity w/ 1% forward progress. They didn't test for fructose this time which makes me ANGRY!
Your DH's numbers don't look bad except for maybe some low morph. However, morphology is a debated subject among Urologists. Some say it doesn't matter. DH's Uro doesn't even measure it.

Re: What was your DH's SA results morph/count/ motility
Dh has around 100-200k on average...his high was 1 million. 13% motilty. I never learned the morph.
100,000 with 11% motility and 1% morphology for the first
200,000 with 11% motility, and 1-2% morphology for the second.
So yours sound amazing to me!

FU Non-obstructive azoospermia! (sorry, when I think about it I get angry/sad!)
Sorry I wasn't much help. Good luck with everything. All IF sucks!
I haven't been able to find a good site that explains so i've been wondering too.
We've done 2 iuis so far. The first he had: prewash 20 mil, 57% motility, post wash 13 mill, 98% motility.
2nd one prewash: 10 million, 65% motility. postwash: 11 million (how does he have more after wash?), 90% motility.
There's other numbers too on his report that i don't know what it means, like 3+ on one and 3 on the other . and ++, and +++ next to agglutination.
