So, how many of you actually eat lots of veggies? ?It's not that I don't like them... it's just that I don't eat enough.. Maybe 1 or 2 servings a day. ?I know I should eat more, especially now being pregnant, but really how many of you are REALLY eating a considerable amount?

I don't eat enough...which is why I told myself I'm going to start eating salad for lunch every day or at least most days. I was good the last two days!

Pre-pregnancy: A ton. I love veggies. No lie.
Now: Pretty much none. Unless you actually count potatoes as veggies, which I don't. I haven't had "real" veggies in almost 2 weeks. It's totally foreign and quite sad for me.

I take a whole food supplement. Checked it out with the dr and got cleared to take it. Started taking it before I got pregnant and saw such a difference. Helps me get the nutrients of 14 fruits and veggies a day. I'm always more concerned about veggies because I just can't make myself eat them. This helps me bridge that gap.
If it wasn't for that... zilch.
Not as much as I need to be eating. I really dont have a appetite for anything that my body needs. Thank god for prenatal vitamins.
Ditto on this! I was eating 5-6 servings of fruits+veggies a day before and being super healthy...and then...nausea and food aversions kicked in and now I am living on freaking carbs
I mean I am hating meats too...and i usually love beans and yogurt too...none of that...I am eating like a freaking fussy kid
makes me sometimes feel like a bad mommy...but i know 2nd tri I will be more normal and back to myself ((Hoping!)))

Not enough. Ate more before i found out I was PG. Salads just aren't appealing to me right now. Trying to get them in other ways...not working out so well.
I get in at least three servings a day, but I find it much easier to get in fruit.
This. I ate a ton pre-preg but now my "morning" sickness has been so bad and the last thing I want is fruit or veggies......so sad. I really hope this changes soon!!!

I'm usually not a huge veggie eater and I don't really care for fruit, but oddly, I've been craving both lately. I'm indulging the cravings, since God only knows what I'll be craving later in the pregnancy.
LOL I've been loading up my salad bar thing with sliced bell peppers, beets, watermelon...

This unless we count french fries, tatter tots, zuccini sticks, you catch my drift. Normally I love veggies, but right now I cannot stand the sight or smell.
However, I am loving soups...lentil, split pea, etc. so I am getting my vegetables from somewhere.
I try for 2/day. Usually I can get that, sometimes not. I do better with fruit....I usually have an applesauce for a snack at some point in the day. Lunch is usually leftovers from the night before but I do have salad today!
I dont worry about it too much. I do my best. That is why we are all on prenatals.
