Itchy anyone????

My legs are itching on the side that I give the POI shot each night.  So,  I alternate my itching every day, which stinks!  Has anyone had this problem?

    I had something similar so they changed me from PIO to Endometrin.  My dr preferred Endometrin anyway, but hadn't recommended it because it's so expensive comparatively.     

    I had itching and welts that never went down, like supersized hives.  They were never painful (but I didn't think the shots were painful either) but just got worse over time.   It wasn't the PIO pooling under the skin- the nurse and dr both thought I was allergic to the sesame oil the progesterone is in, so that's why we made the switch.

    You might be allergic to the oil that they use. I would bring it up to your nurse.

    minor itching but it was always the bottom of my feet... wierd I know!

    Oh yes!!! When I was doing the PIO in my thighs it was horrible! Now that it is in my hips not as bad at all! But yes I would scratch the hang out of them.

    I would get kind of itchy on my leg/booty - lower than where I was giving my shots at.  It was quite annoying.
