Pregnant after a Loss

crappy night's sleep

I'm so sick of this sinus infection and my teeth hurting.  I laid awake all night with my teeth throbbing.  The only thing that cuts the pain in Benadryl.  Good thing it's okay for me take.  I'm going to have to talk to my Dr. about it at tomorrow's appt but until then do you have any ideas to cut the pain?

Re: crappy night's sleep

  • have you tried extra strength tylenol? I'm sorry you're hurting :( Maybe a warm compress on your face where your teeth are hurting. I hope you feel better soon!

  • I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so poorly.?I hear it's very common for the teeth (molars) to hurt with a sinus infection since the roots are otfen located very close to the sinus.

?Are you taking antibiotics (often takes 48-72 hours to start feeling improvement), using a saline nasal spray, using a humidifier, and taking tylenol?

  • Ask about baby orajel that might help numb up your teeth and gums. You might also call your dentist and see if they have any suggestions.

Have you had your wisdom teeth out? If not you might have an infection back there too. I had plenty of room for mine but they kept getting infected during allergy season. So I had them taken out. They told me to try wet heat for 15 mins and then ice for 15 on and off when it hurt until they could get me in for surgery.
