Literally. I noticed it shortly after having G. A whole uncomfortable year later I finally questioned my Ob about it. She says my coccyx is out of line.
The solution? She has to put her fingers in by buziness and realign it. Neither my bum nor I are happy campers.

ouch
Seriously. I don't want to do it, but I can't sit for long periods of time or else I am very uncomfortable/ in pain. I have been avoiding talking about it to my Ob for so long just hoping that it would go away and it hasn't.
She said at this point if it hasn't fixed itself it never will.
I am scurred.

If it does not get better, I would recommend getting a consult with a Neurosurgeon. They have extensive knowledge of the spine, and I would think that might be a good place to go to next if you do not find any relief. I hope you feel better soon.
If you have coverage, I would try a good massage therapist or a chiropractor first. I had something that sounds similar, and my massage therapist fixed it for me. It was still less than comfy, but sounds a whole lot nicer than a doctor up in my netherregions!
So sorry!
Holy sh*t. That really does not sound like fun at all.
