So first I woke up an hour before the alarm.... And laid there watching the clock.... Then dropped my bottle of water into the dog dish.... Forgot my tea and had to go back for it... Couldn't get the key out of the ignition when I got to work ... My co worker got it out... I wasn't all the way in park... (duh!) My first patient didn't show... And now I'm pumping... How is it only 9:25? Lol! How is your Monday morning?

Re: What a morning!
This morning I tried to feed my LO breakfast before taking her to DC. Doc said to increase her solids to 3x a day. With that and the rain, it took almost 3 hours (from the time I woke up) for me to get to work this morning. Ugghh! I can't wait to live closer to work.
I should be pumping soon too. I can't wait for it to be over. I've actually been wondering when I could drop to 1x a day, or if my freezer stash is enough to enable me to stop pumping early (how early?) before LO is 1yr old. LO is almost 10 mos, so the end is near.
When I have a rough Monday, I just remind myself it HAS to get better, right?
DS was super fussy all day yesterday, and was up literally all night last night, I dont know if I ate something that made him gassy, or if he's teething, or what the deal is, but I have a very unhappy camper. He finally fell into a good sleep just in time for my alarm to go off. We had a super long staff meeting first thing where I found out that my supervisor fell off a ladder this weekend (ok- his day is going much worse than mine!) and so I have to cover three night meetings this week that I was not anticipating and a report that wasn't supposed to be due until next Friday is due this Wednesday.
I am actually looking forward to locking myself in the supply room for 15 minutes to pump and get my thoughts re-organized!
