  Wow, I am surprised at how many people pronounce this name incorrectly. I thought this was a pretty easy one for most people but apparently there are big pronunciation issues.Good to keep in mind.

  Gee - ah - nah. so I think that's more "Gee-onna" for you. My cousin's daughter is named Gianna and that's how they pronounce it.

   I'm just waiting for the day when DD can tell someone her name and to see the way she says it!  Poor kid is gonna be confused on how her name is supposed to be said haha!

  My ex boss went by GEE-ANNA so that is how I would say it. I have heard it the other way as well.
