F/U to my bleeding

First, thanks so much for all the thoughts and prayers below. The doctor wasn't able to find a heartbeat this morning and I broke down. They sent me for an ultrasound - my h left work to meet me and we were both crying. The baby popped up on the screen and we both saw the heartbeat immediately - whew! Then I cried even harder. The tech let us look at the baby for a while before she got the doctor, it was such a huge relief.

They said the bleeding is probably because of my anterior placenta - also why I'm showing so much already. Now I need a nap because that was exhausting

The anterior placenta may also be why they couldn't find the hb with the doppler.
