how do I wash DD's tights?

she has grass stains on her white tights, but do I have to hand wash them or can I throw them in the washer?

    Pre-treat first. I swear by Zout!

    I throw tights in the washer in one of those mesh lingerie bags. Air dry.

     Definitely air-dry. I dried DD's tights that go with her Halloween costume and they shrunk. Crying
