Is this tacky?

I'm making up a box to send to SIL. She's going to have a preemie any day now. They are the worst gift givers ever. They never buy off the registry and always make something. I can't count the number of ugly homemade purses I've gotten...one was even part of our wedding gift!

I've knitted them a hooded baby blanket (that DH was totally inpressed with and he's hard to impress) and an adorable little hat that looks like a sugar plum.

To flush out the box I was going to throw in a tube of Desitin (new in the box) that I just have randomly and some pampers coupons that are going to expire long before I need them. Is that too tacky or would you appreciate diaper coupons?
