Trying to Get Pregnant

How many DPO do your phantom symptoms begin?

This is my first time in the 2ww and I'm probably only 5 dpo (I chart CM only so I don't know for sure).  I'm not experiencing anything yet, but I'm curious when your phantom symptoms tend to start.

  • Mine have varied... Lately I haven't had them (thank God)... Usually I get them about 4-5 days before I expect AF

  • Probably about the same time that regular PMS would start.  Which I get light headed, REALLY sore boobs, and nausea as my regular PMS, so of course I always think I'm pregnant haha.

But so far this month I am about 3 dpo and I keep looking to see if my nipple color has changed at all haha.

This. But I haven't gotten them the past couple months. Apparently my subconscious has settled down after 6 unsuccessful months Tongue Tied
