Activity table recommendations

My sister gets a discount at PBK so I was going to get their craft table because it has drawers and the paper roll.  It's just so big so I was going to go to the smaller Carolina table but it doesn't have drawers or the paper roll.  I can live without the paper roll but love the drawers.  I saw one at Land of Nod that is perfect size with drawers and roll but it's expensive and I won't get my sister's discount obviously.  Plus I called and they never have coupons on their tables.  So does anybody have any opinions on another table that is cheaper or their opinion on the PBK tables?

Re: Activity table recommendations

  • Honestly, I wouldn't not buy a table that was the right size from a place I had a discount b/c it didn't have drawers.  Those drawers don't look particularly big or useful to me, especially based on the amount of pencils, crayons and markers kids seem to have.  Also, with a 3 y/o and another on the way, I'm not sure if you're going to want them to have access to those sorts of things for awhile.  I think you're better off having another storage system nearby where you can store those things up high and control when and how much are used at the table.
