Babies: 6 - 9 Months

My resolve is wavering already!

We wanted to be Team Green this time, but now I keep venturing into that dark area of thought- we could settle on a name, if it's a girl we can get clothes... Ugh!!

This was really more of a vent, since it doesn't actually matter at this point. I suppose I could do an Intelligender if I really wanted to know the sex.

  • LOL I think you're in trouble if you're already wanting to know at this point!

I would go Team Green.  It will be something fun and different.

Save your $30 and spend it on ice cream.   They are not worth the $$.

  • Good luck. I've thought for about 10 seconds that I'd like to be team green on the next one. At about 11 seconds I realized that when that time comes I'd probably rather chew off my own arm than not know. Yeah, I have awesome self control.

I mean, the tech sitting right there knows!

  • TEAM GREEN!!!!

What names are you tossing around?  Or do I have to go to "Baby Names" for that shiz?

I'm currently stuck on Ari for a boy. A girl... I don't even know. I liked Caroline but B nixed it because of some evil stepmother situation.

  • Last time, I was team green up until 22 weeks or something like that. Then, we found out and didn't tell anyone (except TB). So, everyone thought we were team green.

I'm waivering on the team green thing too. I might do what I did last time.

  • SB I was Team Green the whole time. I wavered just a little. It was the day we were to find out the sex and I told the technician to write the sex on a u/s pic and put it in an envelope just in case I wanted to find out later. Once I was home I never wanted to look at the envelope and never did. I am glad I never found out.

It's not like you can't buy any clothes if you have a DD. It's just going to be a little later. Throw on some gender neutral sleepers for the first few days until you can get out and buy clothes. You will get tons of clothes as gifts too even though it's your second baby. I know you are excited for a baby but there is not much that you need those first few days that must be gender specific.

  • I couldn't do it... no way.

Speaking of intelligender... my sister said to me the other day "did you know they sell gender prediction tests like a PG test pee stick" Indifferent Why, yes I do... heard ALL about it on the tri boards... lol.  The bad thing is, she thought it was legit.  Ha!
