XP: Size dividers for baby clothes

I know I have seen some of these in various people's posts...The dividers for the closet that go on the closet rod to divide the sizes of baby's clothes? Where can I get them? or does anyone have an easy idea for making them?

I bought foam door hangers at a craft store, along with foam letters & decorations, and made my own. Less than $15 in supplies, and they turned out cuter than anything I'd seen in stores. BRU sells really plain ones as well.
