I just can't seem to fall into a deep sleep. It seems like I'm day dreaming all night and I wake up feeling horrible. I'm eating better the past few days and really thought that would help. I hear about women falling asleep standing up in their 1st trimester and I can't even fall asleep in bed

Most of the time I wake up multiple times to use the bathroom, but 2 nights ago I was up till 3am to wake up at 6am. All I wanted to do was fall asleep so I wouldn't be miserable at work the next day.If I have anything on my mind I wake up multiple times and it seems like I'm daydreaming. Another thing I noticed, I can't remember my dreams anymore. I'll only remember small fragments sometimes but not enough to put it together.
OH man me too!! I was up at 2:00am to pee and then I randomly woke up at 3:15 and couldnt fall back to sleep until 4:30. Needless to say waking up wasnt fun.?
This! Except I wake at 3AM, then end up falling back asleep around 5 AM and am ready to sleep all day and can't get out of bed when my alarm goes off at 6 AM.
I haven't slept well since I found out I was expecting - Im a strict belly sleeper - and dont' do well sleeping in ANY other position - and now that my mosquito bite boobs are HUGE, lol, thats out of the question. My hubby works nights - but got tired of coming home to find me lying on my side on his pillow - I finally had to get one from the other room, lol. I think the pillow has helped the most - it gives me more support, soon I hope to get a pregnancy pillow, but since I don't have a big pg belly YET - a regular pillow works.
I've been sleeping SO much better - although nothing helps the getting up to pee in the middle of the night!
