I did until about 3 weeks ago. She's just too strong, and now that she can crawl she just breaks out in about 2 seconds and starts crawling around. She just goes to sleep fine without now. Sometimes I still wrap her legs up if she's half asleep.
Has your doc seemed concerned?? Mine said no big deal as long as he is developing okay, but when I tell other Moms they are like WTF?????
Nope, at each appointment I've told her we're still doing it and asked if its okay and she's always said, no problem. At this point I think it's just a cue for him to chill out and go to sleep. Some nights he gets his arms out before I even leave the room.?
I think other moms are just surprised because most kids are not having it at this age. My BIL said they swaddled their kids until about 8 months.?
We just tried DS without the swaddle three nights ago. We put him in a sleepsack and I was very worried it would be a rough night. Turns out, he slept just as well as he did with the swaddle. He seemed to be fighting the swaddle more when trying to fall asleep so we tried it. My doc has never seemed concerned.
We still use the Woombie. Trying to wean off it for naps though since he started fighting it during the day for nap time. Hopefully we will have a smooth
process of weaning off it at night eventually, but he loves it at night.right now.

We're trying to wean her. It's hard. I told her doc we were still swaddling and he said it's not that big of a deal, but we need to give her plenty of playtime to make sure she develops the coordination and arm control she qould have by now.
We're going on 3 nights with just a loose blanket starting off. By the middle of the night, I unwrap it and she seems to be doing fine. I don't wrap her up for nap time and she does great.

We stopped at 4.5 months because he was breaking loose, and then 2 weeks later he starting rolling anyhow. It's recommended to stop when LO can roll over, break loose, or doesn't want it. We switched to Halo Sleepsacks instead, and they replaced swaddling as the signal it's sleep time, plus keep him safely warm.
Re: Anyone still swaddling LO?

And I should note, it's definitely in a swaddleme blanket - a normal receiving blanket stopped cutting it at like 2 months.?
I see your son's middle name is Campbell - that's my son's first name!
Syv broke out the swaddle me LONG AGO! Now I use two blankets and the one on top goes over each arm and under his body then the top one swaddles him!
LOVE Campbell!! GREAT first name : )
