It's time for me to celebrate and give a good cheer, I finally had to go number two!! This is a very unnecessary post but I'm super happy now. Haha! Hope you ladies going through the same constipation troubles meet relief soon!

OMG! I know! It is ridiculous! I used to go very well, now it is like if it is a miracle! lol

lots of water and salad helps me a lot!

I used to go after every meal, since having my gallbladder out a few years ago.  Now it's every 2 days since I've become preggo.  It's a great day when I have a bowel movement! ha!  My husband thinks I'm crazy when I tell him this.
