Where did you conceive?

Because everyone seems to be feeling so nostalgic today.

 

I went on a week long camping trip with DH and about 6 of his guy friends. So I got pregnant in our tent, about 5 feet from all of DH's friends (they were sleeping in another tent - lets get our heads out of the gutter).

 He likes to joke that they were all there when we met, when we got married (they were his groomsmen), and when I got knocked up....

    it was either A- my white trash bday party, yes I really had one, I am not ashamed. haha. or B- H was watching a hockey game and I got bored and attacked him on the couch. :)

    Mine was in our bedroom at the old apartment we just moved out of, on an old, falling apart futon, on our 2nd anniversary.  My Christmas baby was my anniversary surprise.

     I'm pretty sure it was the backseat of his car. We were TTC, and things were getting a little old, so we made lots of weird attempts to spice things up.

    On a cruise ship on are honeymoon. We had been trying for the last 8 months timing fertility and such. I Finlay said I just can't do it on are honeymoon, idc next month we can try again. And when I stopped trying it happened!

    It was in our old apartment (we bought our house when we found out we were expecting). It was late at night, and freaking cold because there had been a big snow storm a few days earlier. It was the greatest sex I had ever had, and now I'll never forget it. :)

    On a cruise ship somewhere in the Caribbean for our (belated) honeymoon.  We joked around that the timing was great - we were ready to start trying and the cruise was during my ovulation period.  And woohoo - it worked!

    The fiance and I got a hotel room one night because my crazy ass ex was getting out of jail and I didn't have my restraining order finalized so I didn't wanna be home. So we had a great dinner and then great sex.

    I'm almost embarassed to say but it could be one of two places. The first being our bed for DH's wild crazy birthday sex........the other.......my bosses desk after she left for vacation. Embarrassed

    I'm not 100% sure but it could make for an interesting story should anyone ask.

    We were living apart and he came to see me for one week in April.  My mom was visiting so we did it one night in the hotel and the next night in my spare bedroom on the floor so my mom couldn't hear.  It was either of those nights.  Or after my mom left but I have a feeling it was on the floor of the spare bedroom.

    Either our bed, our shower, the guest room at my parents house, the floor in the guest bedroom at my parents house, a hotel bed, a hotel couch, or at the top of the Roanoke star.

    Ha, ours was three days after getting home from Mexico, but everyone refers to our baby as our little souvenir. It's hard not to correct them without being too descriptive, LOL!

    DH let this info slip to some people and now they constantly joke around that we are going to name our kid Sidney after the "big goal".

    nooo! My H and I are penguins fans, along with his entire family.. and H says since it was possibly during a hockey game we should name her Sidney after Crosby. not happening dear. haha

    in the shower... and i remember making the comment "we need to be careful because im ovulating today!" (i can thank my iphone app for me knowing that). I had just gotten off BC cus i wanted to lose weight before our wedding .. yeah that worked! lol

    True story: A couple days after the game it was in my local newspaper that a girl was in the middle of giving birth during the game. She had the TV turned to it in the labor room while delivering. Her LO was born seconds after the big goal. Because of this, they named her Sidney. No freakin' joke. I take it they were huge fans!

    Um, on the waterbed we sleep on when we visit the ILs...it's in their basement...super klassy. DH had a big 30th bday bash in his hometown that I had planned and I wanted to cap the night off right, even though we weren't exactly trying for this kind of belated bday gift!

    Everyone assumes it was Valentine's Day, and that's fine with me b/c I don't want the ILs to have a clue Embarrassed I think some of his friends have figured it out, though, LOL...


    He's growing up, but he'll always be my baby!

    Valentines day weekend @ Mount Airy Casino, in the pocono's ( I think). We were both drunk (TTC), placing $100 bets..LOL . Lost all our $$ :)

    barely remember it, but had a great time with my sweetheart :)

    DH and I conceived the night we bought a car and decided to christen it. haha!
