  I know the green pea nursey did  in Apex, i'd call to see if they have them in stock before u drive out there! Also try Diapering Doula but she is a lil bit pricier i think.

  I got hemp inserts at the birth center store in Chapel Hill - https://www.ncbirthcenter.com/1896445.html

  Definitely call to make sure they have them though, since it was a couple of years ago when I bought them.
