how much BM?

DS is 4-1/2 weeks old and we have started trying bottles for when I go back to work.  Today I pumped right before he would want to eat and then gave him a bottle of milk I had just pumped so that it would be the same temp etc.  He did GREAT!  He looked at me weird for a second, but ate all of the bottle and then burped.  He took in 3-1/2 ounces.  Then he did fine with BF again the rest of the day!
My question is, how much milk do you give your DC if you EBF and give them pumped milk?  Is it the same equation you use to figure out the total amount of formula for a feeding? and if so, can someone give that to me again?

    Take LO's weight times it by 2.5 then divide it by the number of feedings in a day.

    I've also heard 1 oz. per every hour since the last feeding, which jibes pretty well with what Kellymom says about approximately 25 oz. per day.
