If you substitute Oxiclean Baby for the Oxiclean in the EFF laundry detergent is it still effective?

As far as I can tell the Baby doesn't have the little blue crystals.

I think it would be the same thing then. The blue crystals might be some kind of fragrance and the baby version is dye/fragrance free right?
