Need Dr in FTW that delivers their patients babies

I'm 12 weeks and having to find a new Dr because mine is retiring and doesnt deliver anymore.  I've had two terrible appointments so far, the first one was seriously out of a movie like Knocked up or 9 Months and second was ok but not the greatest.  My main problem is that both were part groups of Drs that share deliveries.  As in you spend 9 months getting to know and trust (hopefully) your Doc then when you go into labor whatever Dr is on call for the group delivers you - even if you've never met them before a 1-in-5 shot that you might get your Dr.  Thats just not at all what I'm looking for.  Anyone got any suggestions or is this just how it works now?  Thanks for the help ladies.

    Dr. Flowers at Baylor Grapevine delivers all of her patients.  The rest of the doctors in the practice share deliveries, and you may get another doctor return an after-hours phone call, but Dr. Flowers will deliver you if you are her patient - no questions.  

    I don't know if that's too far, but for me, it would be worth the drive!

    Dr. Zwerneman in Fort Worth delivers his patients babies. He dleiverd my daughter on 07 and I just saw him a few weeks ago. Still as nice as ever.

    Dr. Pete Irwin is great and as far as I know Delivers his own babies (He delivered mine). He delivers at Harris Southwest

    Another Dr. Flowers vote, I obviously have not had my baby yet but I have heard/read nothing but raves about her and how she ALWAYS delivers all her patients no matter what plus shes super nice!

    Dr. Adrianne Deem at Women's Health Medical Group, she has been amazing thus far.

    Dr. Pamela Asghar in the Bedford/Euless area. She is the only doctor in the office and has a back up doc, but she always delivers her own patients babies! When you have appointments, it's never crowded, they see you right away and you can even change your appointment time the same day.

    I go and see a midwife but will have to switch to a doc soon because of a previous c-sec and hoping for a vbac

     

    her name is Marlys Spikes and she's with womens health medical.  

    They deliver at Harris Southwest and are great.
