I wouldn't prep them with BG 3.0s because the oils can transfer to the suedecloth of BGs in the wash and cause the BGs to repel. After the fitteds are prepped, they can be washed with everything.
If the inside (the absorbant inside layer) of the diaper is a natural material, you will need multiple washes on hot with a tiny bit of detergent. It will be ready to use after 5 washes, but will be at it's full absorbancy after about 10 washes.
I think that if the inside of the diaper is MF, you only need to wash it once to prep it since the absorbant MF doesn't need prepping.
