  Courtney, I'm so sorry. Sometimes other people's pain becomes almost unbearable when it is so close to our own. I know you will be an amazing source of support for your friend, and you will have to take comfort in the fact that it is these terrible experiences you've been through that can help you reach out to her now.

  I'm sorry this is all becoming so frightening and overwhelming. I know the fear of trying again. For me, the fear of not trying is greater.
