hi girls... i know i could call the pedi but i dont want them to think im a pain in the ass lol. the dr had said a couple weeks ago at our last visit that if DS' diapers were yellow that he wasnt getting enough fluid and to give him some juice. i didnt ask how much and was wondering what you ladies give to your LOs
TIA
Re: how much juice for 10 month old?
i just give ds water.. my dr actually said that juice is just empty calories and liquid sugar

that would be fine. I usually offer DS about 3 oz in his sippy a couple times a day. he doesn't normally drink it all but if he wanted to he could

I do a 50-50 mix of pear juice and water. 5 - 7oz at a time, once a day, usually at snack time in the morning.
1 sippy of empty calorie juice doesn't bother me. I buy organic and juices have fiber and other vitamins in addition to the 'empty' calories.
This. Our pedi prefers that DD eat her fruit at least for now.
