First day home alone with DS

Did anyone find it kinda lonely? DS sleeps from feeding to feeding/or when I wake him up? The dog is even sleeping. I am used to be at work so busy and last week when we came home it was so busy with company. Now I have alot of time on my hands and a quiet house.
DS has acid relux and milk protein allergy, and had torticollis, used to EP, now we FF . April siggy 3-6 month

    This - but I also spent time 'resting' on the couch.  I watched a tv series I hadn't seen and tried to just recover.

    I also tired to go out for lunch a couple times a week when LO was sleepy all the time so I didn't go stir crazy but didn't over do it to keep recovering.

    I had a really hard time when my DH when back to work. I did feel really lonely even though I had my baby with me. It is such a change and I too was used to being super busy with work and other things and then all of a sudden I was stuck in the house doing much different tasks.

    It does get better! Hang in there!

    Today is also my first day alone with DD. Hubby went back to work today (he REALLY didn't want to). So far we have rested the majority of the morning. I was used to being by myself before LO came, as I was laid off when I was 6 months pregnant. I just decided to stay off work :) I am trying to figure out how I am going to get in the shower and clean myself up and atleast run to the Post office today. If you need a buddy to talk to I am here and on FB ALL THE TIME...lol

    Have a good day and rest it up. I find it harder to rest when hubby/company is here I feel like I have to entertain and I know that isn't so.

    Maybe call a friend or someone that isn't working today and have them come over if you need adult company.

    P.S. My dog sleeps all day too!

    Yeah, my DH was not happy about going to work. He felt like he didn't get much time with us. I am on here and FB too.

    i'm on my iphone all day long lol. i text my friends alot and go on the computer and chat to friends about non baby stuff. but i know what you mean when the house is quiet. i'm just learning to take naps during the day, it helps a lot! :)
