Hi! I didn't post, but thanks for checking in. Acu was good: I'm pretty needle-phobic, so they went easy on me for the first time and jut did a few of the thin needles. I'm not sure how I was supposed to feel afterward--I've still been pretty anxious and having trouble sleeping, but I guess it's something that takes a while to start working.
Now I need to try to get DH to go, too. That will be a battle.

understandable - I found when I closed my eyes while he is putting in the needles I feel it a lot less - I'm sure that's just silly, but it's worked for me. I hope you begin to find it relaxing and helpful.
